Crowthorne and Sandhurst

The Crowthorne Carnival Annual General Meeting will be held at 20:00 on October 23rd at the Morgan Centre, Wellington Road, Crowthorne. Organisations that requested a donation from Crowthorne Carnival funds are reminded that they must send a representative to the meeting in order to claim any monies allocated. However, anyone interested in finding out what the Carnival Committee is all about, or perhaps curious to find out how they can help with the 2010 Carnival, is invited to attend.

As well as a chance to view a short video diary of the Crowthorne Carnival, which shows what went on behind the scenes, those attending the meeting will be able to give feedback on the 2008 Carnival and offer suggestions for the 2010 Carnival theme.

The meeting will also see the announcement of the winners of the Crowthorne Carnival photography competition, which has been run with the assistance of The Big Picture. This year, there has been a great increase in the number of entries received. Judging will be difficult, as all the entries have captured different aspects of Crowthorne Carnival 2008!
